Acting foolish is something that many frown upon, but the peace found in this image of this vibrant Sacred Clown tells a different tale.  For she understand fully that much of the wisdom acquired on her journey to illumination has come from her ability to fail forward and accept that not everyone will understand her backwards way of thinking and behaving. It is said that the meaning of insanity is attempting the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result, but for this spirited shaman, unique and different will always result in more understanding of herself on her path to equilibrium.

We are often judged by our outer appearance... when who we truly are... exists deep within. When we are able to get in touch with our inner most self, our true self comes to the surface. We often shine different parts of ourselves at different times, depending on the situation or relationship. To know yourself, is to live your best life.

In July 2022, while recovering from Covid, I began a new series of abstract paintings. Blue Chill, shown here, was the second in the series. It is a static digital image with some of my favorite hues and colors. Working in Procreate and layering to get the desired color and tone was an arduous testing process and micro-adjusting. I have tested these by printing them on Cold Press Archival paper if any buyer is interested. I am offering this as a one-of-one NFT.

Color Abstraction is a series of digital paintings. I spent the last year experimenting with several digital tools and in Procreate. Once the image was made, I played with the opacity levels blending colors and getting the colors to where the color planes in geometric shapes worked.

While I was driving South from Baltimore to Charlotte, and back, I listened to Overgound Railroad: The Green Book. My wife took a photo of my angel on my dashboard, and she drew a doorway while we hung out with the author.

I am drawn to blueprints and roadmaps, how they help others on a journey through past and future. This mashup is a mixed media collage; hand drawing and vintage text and imagery. There are pieces scattered across Tezos.

Sharing the darkest parts of the quarantine, this AI/Gan Art depicts June 2020 - July 2021 and a unique cocktail of events that led to my own unfortunate experience.

Never in her wildest dreams did this Sacred Clown believe that she would have met another Soul to have brought such intense feelings into her being. "Is this Black Magic a trick or was there just something wrong with her?", she tirelessly pondered. He was so funny, kind to others and every time she locked eyes with him she was flooded with feelings that she never felt before. As scary as each encounter with him became, this lively clown just wanted to be drown in the deliciousness of sensation that was activated by being near him. Could it be possible that love has even made its way to this unbridled healer and that she too could have a Twin Soul who could walk alongside her on her journey to Illumination?

In This Expression, a gentle Sacred Clown is seen gazing upon an image of themself. and lures the observer to pay attention to the wisdom within. The vibrant beauty shares a secret via the opening daffodil, that  ALL is Mind and ALL perceived is from a Mental plane of Existence. The scene is a representation that we all have the potential to create anything we desire with clarity of mind, purity of will and spirit of Ether. In the end, our Harlequin discovers that in order to reach the Splendid Vapors of Illumination, Acceptance of oneself must be achieved.

The Quest

My inspiration for this artwork comes from life and death;  all living things are tied together, created from the same thing. In death, we go back to the earth, sea, sky, space. We become part of the nature that in life we feel so separate from.
